Can we use Episode Stills and promotional images? - Yes you are more then welcome to use both of those. I know for some claims it can be hard to find screencaps or even good ones.
Can I claim a whole movie franchise? - Sure you can on Free Rounds only. Otherwise just claim a character, movie, relationship, group, ect on regular rounds.
Can I claim a whole movie? - Of course! That is more then welcomed for any round.
