Round 03 Themes
Info
• • Icons must be made specially for this challenge. Do not use previously made icons. No prior work may be submitted and you will be disqualified!
• All work must be your own, not someone elses!
• Icons must fit the Dreanwidth/Livejournal standard: under 40 kb, 100x100px and in either .png, .gif, or .jpg file format.
• Post the finished icons at the same time to this community.
• Don't submit your icons to this post!
• When posting the finished 20, please leave a 3 icon teaser previews. You are more then welcome to post them here (with a cut) or a direct link to the entry.
• Don't lock the icon post - The mod need to access them for posting the voting and others want to see them after all. (After the round closes and winners are announced, your more then welcome to lock the post).
• All entries are moderated!
• You don't need to tag your entries! A mod will do that for you.
• You may change/adjust the table as needed (or code it yourself) for as long as the prompts are still in relation to the icons (the same goes for switching between US/UK spelling and any other variations I'm not familiar with)
• Please use this following for the subject: Round# - Claim
• If possible, try to comment on everyone's post - they most likely would like comments as much as you do. Though it is not mandatory, just nice. :)
• Since this is a Horror genre community. Rated R is and anything is allowed. Please keep that in mind before joining in on the fun. I know Horror movies like to show blood, gore, gender bits, nudity, death scenes. So if your squeamish about that, then please do not join in.
• If you would like a participation banner, please let me know when you post your entry to the community.that site is going through what it is doing. Chances are your images will not show at all if you do.
Posting
• Post only once your set is completed. Do not submit your icons to this post, instead make a post of your own using the guidelines below.
• Your icons must fit LJ standards and be made specifically for this round. 100x100px and either .png, .gif or .jpg file format.
• Provide three (3) teaser icons and hide the rest behind an lj-cut, or provide a link to your icons should you post them elsewhere. If posting to an outside source your icons should be made public for the duration of the round.
• Please, if you participate try to at least check out the other participants entries. It's another reason why we have an unlocked rule. You would want people to check out yours and vice versa, it's only fair.
• Fan art is not accepted; use caution when choosing images. DO NOT USE BEHIND THE SCENES PHOTOS, unless the theme calls for it. You may however use Episode Still and Promos for only 5 icons. Animation is NOT allowed, unless otherwise stated for a certain prompt.
• Use the table provided or use your own if you'd like, but keep the themes in order.
• DO NOT ADD TAGS TO YOUR ENTRIES. A MOD WILL DO THAT.
• Posting is moderated; once your post is submitted please await approval. If your post hasn’t been approved within 48 hours please contact me or comment to this post.
• Please add the following subject, just add your username. FORMAT AS: Round 0 - Your Claim - Your Username.

Category Set: One Picture - 5 Icons - Make 5 icons using the same picture of your claim. Every icon has to be different, you can not just the same crop for 5 icons and only change the coloring.
Artist’s Choice: Your choice so long as it abides by the rules!

Black and White - Your icon must be in black and white.

In Motion - This icon must show your claim that is in motion in some fashion: walking, running, etc.

Weapon - Icon your claim with a weapon, the weapon should be clearly visible. If your character claim does not have a weapon or is not seen with one. You may incorporate one however you wish. It could even be an object used as a weapon or even a car used to kill or protect someone, however the weapon is intended. I know horror screencaps are hard to come by, especially good ones. So feel free to get creative if you have to.
